JAMMU, Mar 13: Senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta here today inaugurated the work of laying water supply pipeline in Amar Colony Extension, Ward 32 to strengthening the water supply infrastructure in the area.
Former Deputy Mayor, Dharamveer Singh Jamwal, BJP Mandal president, Anil Angral, Mandal president Kaushant Daffara, Arun Dubey, Rajesh Saini, Gurucharan Singh, Geeta Sodhi and Harvinder Singh were also present on the occasion.
While addressing, the MLA highlighted that this project in Amar Colony Extension is part of the larger vision of ensuring access to safe and potable water for all.
He said that under the leadership of PM Modi, J&K has witnessed unprecedented infrastructural development, and Jal Jeevan Mission has been instrumental in transforming the lives of the people by addressing long-standing water scarcity issues.
Gupta reaffirmed that BJP Government will continue to work tirelessly for the welfare of the people and urged citizens to support developmental initiatives aimed at making Jammu a model region for growth and prosperity.
