“Buddhist minority community of district Kargil from the very first day openly condemned Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) which was and still continues to support Kashmir centric People Alliance for Gupkaar Declaration for restoration of Articles 370 and 35- A and its leaders are inclined towards Kashmir centric ideology of Gupkaar Alliance,” they added.
