Foreign Universities’ representatives visit JKPS Kunjwani for Career Counselling Fair

JAMMU: A career-counselling fair was held in the premises of JK Public School Kunjwani, wherein representatives from various globally renowned universities visited, namely, Toronto Metropolitan University Canada; Ontario Tech University Canada; OP Jindal Global University, Sonepat Haryana; Kent State University, USA; Ashoka University, Sonepat, Haryana; Indian Institute of Art & Design; International Institute of Hotel Management; World University of Design London-Milan-Paris; & Plaksha University and they discussed about the career choices of students as per their aptitude & interest.
College/ University representatives gave a comprehensive account of the salient features of their university along with the courses available for the Languages, Arts, Engineering, Architecture, Science, Management etc.
They not only talked about the courses, faculty, infrastructure etc. but also apprised the students about the study and work culture in these top-notch Universities.
Students were given an insight to the Under Graduate, Graduate and Post Graduate courses & criteria for selection. They even spoke about the financial aid and scholarships provided over there.
In all, the workshop was an eye opener for the students as they were quite impressed by the workshop.
Principal, Rajesh Rathore appreciated the Programme Incharge, ICAE Almas Abid & all the representatives from the Globally renowned universities for organizing the Career Counselling fair brilliantly. He applauded the Univ reps for a patient hearing & commendable doubt clearing session.
Almas praised the students of JKPS Kunjwani for their curiosity, queries and active participation. She promised to have the second round of Career Counselling fair for the promising students. They were highly impressed with the school building standing tall with architectural marvel, pervading greenery and pleasant ambience at JKPS Kunjwani. They left the campus happily and contented.
