Medical College Rajouri; Ershad-UI-Haq Khan Manhas, I/c CAO, J&K Public Service Commission as I/c CAO, District Fund Office Shopian; Aaliya Iftikhar, I/c CAO, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K as I/c CAO, Directorate of Consumer Affair and Civil Supplies Department Srinagar; Akhtar Ali, I/c CAO, Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Kashmir as I/c CAO, Chief Engineer, PW(R&B) Department, Kashmir; Sivenay Kumari, I/c CAO, District Fund Office Samba as I/c CAO, University of Jammu; Qamar Rehman, I/c CAO, Govt.
