STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: The government on Wednesday promoted one officer to the Super Time Scale and two Selection Grade officers to the Special Scale Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service. “Sanction is accorded to the promotion of Bashir Ahmad Dar, JKAS to the Super Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service in pay level 14 (Rs 1,44,200- 2,18,200), with effect from April 15, 2021,” reads an order issued by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department. Consequently, the order stated the officer has been designated as Director General, Social Welfare Kashmir. “Sanction hereby accorded to the promotion of the Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa and Abdul Aziz Sheikh, Selection Grade officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service to the Special Scale of JKAS in pay level 13 (Rs 1,23,100-2,15,900), with effect from June 9, 2021,” another order reads.
