JAMMU: The Roller Skating Federation of India (RSFI) has nominated the name of veteran skater and Inspector with J&K Police, Rajesh Anand for the prestigious Dhyan Chand Award. The award after the name of Hockey legend, Dhyan Chand is given to those outstanding sportspersons for ‘lifetime achievement’. National coach of the RSFI for many years, Rajesh has long list of achievements to his credit at the international level.
Besides Rajesh, two other top current skaters of the country, Abhijith Amal Raj and Arun Rayudu have also been nominated for the Arjuna Award, the details shared by the RSFI mentioned.
