SBI launches plantation drive

UDHAMPUR: In commemoration with 66th State Bank Day, State Bank of India on Monday planted more than 2000 tree saplings at Udhampur. The plantation was organized by SBI Udhampur in collaboration with J&K Forest Department, Udhampur division.
The Chief Guests on the occasion were the Divisional Forest Officer, Udhampur, Shaveta Jandial, and DGM SBI Jammu Module, Ajitav Parashar. The Chief Guest, Jandial commended the efforts of SBI by organizing such events for the welfare of the society and impressed people to plant trees to make the environment pollution free.
The event was attended by officials of Forest Department, Mahesh Abrol (Range Officer) and Officials from SBI Zonal Office Vinod Dhar AGM SME, Sanjeev Mahajan AGM FIMM and Fayaz Ahmad Wani, AGM & Regional Manager.
