JAMMU: An unknown male aged about 50/52 years was on Tuesday found in unconscious condition at Platform No. 01 of Railways Station Jammu and later he died in a hospital.
According to a police spokesperson, GRP officials under the supervision of SSP Railways Jammu rushed to the spot and shifted the aforesaid person to Government Medical Collage Jammu for treatment. After examination, the doctor declared him brought dead. ‘The body of the deceased kept in Mortuary room of Govt. Medical College Jammu for postmortem/identification,” he said, adding inquest proceedings under relevant law have been initiated in this connection at police station GRP Jammu. The deceased is about 5 feet 2 inches tall and wheatish in complexion. He is wearing a Red Color T-shirt (Tommy Hilfiger) and Towel.
