MENDHAR: Department of Zoology, Government Degree College (GDC) Mendhar on Friday organized an online quiz competition on ‘COVID-19 and General Zoology’. A large number of students from different Degree Colleges of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and also from outside participated in the quiz competition. An online certificate was also generated in favour of those participants who secured more than 60 percent marks in the quiz. The entire programme was conducted under the supervision of the Principal of the College, Prof. Dileep Kumar Raina who also appreciated the efforts of Department of Zoology for organizing such a wonderful programme. Prof. Saleem Ayaz Rather, HOD Zoology, who also acted as Coordinator for this programme, appreciated the participants for their active participation in thes quiz competition.
