GDC Jindrah holds vaccination camp

JINDRAH: The NSS unit of Government Degree College (GDC) Jindrah on Thursday held a vaccination camp in the college premises to vaccinate all students; staff and locals of Jindrah who are eighteen years of age and above.
The whole vaccination camp was held under the guidance of Principal, Prof. Raj Shree Dhar. The Programme officer, NSS unit, Dr. Sunil Sharma under his supervision assign duties to NSS volunteers to make this camp a huge success while following the SOP for COVID.
A medical team headed by Dr.Sunil Singh, Medical officer, Jindrah inaugrated the vaccination camp. The medical team comprises of FMPHW viz. Mrs. Madhu Gupta, Mrs. Mamta Devi, Mrs. Kamla Devi, Mrs. Diksha Devi and Mrs. Happy. A total no.of 260 people were vaccinated in the camp.
Surinder Singh, Block Account Manager, Dansal and Sunny, BMO, Dansal were also present on the occasion and motivated unvaccinated people to get vaccinated at the earliest to prevent further transmission of COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Sunil Sharma acknowledged the efforts and especially admired Dr. J.P. Singh, CMO, Jammu to provide his valuable support in a short notice in the interest of the people. The whole event was compiled by Dr. Seema, member, NSS committee.
