LG Mathur inaugurates office of Resident Commissioner Ladakh in New Delhi

New Delhi: Lieutenant Governor R.K Mathur on Sunday inaugurated the Office of the Resident Commissioner, Union Territory of Ladakh in New Delhi.
The office, situated at the National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd (NBCC) building, Pragati Vihar in New Delhi will function as the nodal office outside Ladakh for matters pertaining to the Union Territory of Ladakh.
It will also serve as an outreach office of the administration for the people of Ladakh aimed at providing assistance for patients, students and officials seeking coordination assistance and support in Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai and rest of the country.
After creation of the UT of Ladakh, it’s Resident Commissioner Officer has been functioning temporarily from Ladakh House, Kautilya Marg.
Advisor Umang Narula, CMD NBCC P K Gupta, ED NBCC Reshma Dudani, CEO, NSL, Chief Accounts Officer Kaneez Fatima, I/c Deputy Resident Commissioner Sumera Shafi, Resident Commissioner office staff and engineering and estate teams of NBCC were present on the occasion.
