ANANTNAG: State Election Commissioner, K.K Sharma on Sunday visited Dooru Anantnag.
SEC participated in an Hawan on Shravan Purnima (Raksha Bandan) which is being celebrated with traditional religious fervour and gaiety in the historical Shiv Temple at Omoh Verinag (Pahla darshan Shree Amarnathji Yatra) organized by Vitasta Devsathan Prabandak Committee Verinag.
He was accompanied by President Municipal Committee Dooru, public representatives, SDM Dooru and other concerned officials.
Later the SEC also visited the historic Verinag Spring.
