JAMMU: Son of Soil, wrestler Rajeshwar Singh defeated Jeevan Rawat of Nepal and won Gold medal in Wrestling championship organised by The Association for Indian Sports for All (TRISA) at Pokhra in Nepal from August 19 to 21, 2021. The wrestling contest was organised under the supervision of TRISA President, Sachin Kumar. Wrestler Rajeshwar from Panchayat Nagrota Nadore of Jammu and Kashmir, represented India in the championship. Earlier, Rajeshwar has also played at national level in Haryana and won gold medal in international event. Rajeshwar Singh gave the credit of his won to his coach and parents.
