JAMMU: The government on Friday transferred a JKAS officer. According to order issued by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/ Secretary, General Administration Department, Masooda Akhter, JKAS, Deputy Director (Trainings) in the Directorate of Handloom Department has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, ICDS, Social Welfare, Kashmir.
