POONCH: District Administration Poonch ordered enquiry regarding alleged grabbing of government money by Sarpanch Zanib Khatoon, her husband and brother-in-law of Panchayat Halqa Sagra in mountainous district.
As per an order issued by Deputy Commissioner Ponnch Inder Jeet, Abdul Sattar (KAS) Additional District Development Commissioner Poonch has been appointed as an Enquiry Officer to conduct in-depth enquiry ‘regarding grabbing of Government money by Sarpanch Zanib Khatoon, her husband and brother-in-law at Panchayat Halqa Sagra.’ The Enquiry Officer has been asked to furnish his findings/final enquiry report within a period of one month, the order reads.
The enquiry follows representation regarding grabbing of Government money by Sarpanch and her relatives.
