JAMMU: A poster making competition was organized by Army Public School (APS) BD Bari under the Hub of Learning (HoL). HoL is collaborative activity under the CBSE where a group of schools collaborates, shares and coordinates for scholastic and co- scholastic activities.
Each school in a hub gets a chance to showcase its strengths and to benefit by sharing all the resources and know – how.
Hence, following the CBSE guidelines, this programme was organized by APS BD Bari on Saturday in offline mode where the students of five other hub members namely-J.K Public School, Kunjwani, K.V Miran Sahib, Cybernetics Secondary School, IDPS Jammu and the host school participated.
The Theme of the event was ‘Make in India’.
Two students each from Sub-Junior category and Junior category were invited from each school.
Students made lovely, innovative and creative posters exhibiting their innate talent. The judgement was made on the basis of theme interpretation, colour scheme, composition & design, neatness and originality.
JKIIANS outshine in the competition. Jai Singh from the Sub Junior Category won. The students were mentored by Gurpreet Kour.
Principal JKPS Kunjwani, Vandana Sharma also applauded the innovative and creative spirit of the students as even the pandemic could not dampen their spirit and they emerged triumph out with a winning streak as deep thinkers and new age artists.
