Scheduled international flights are unlikely to resume from December 15, due to the evolving situation of the Omicron Covid variant. India had last week announced a graded resumption of regular international flights from December 15, 2021, nearly 21 months after being suspended on March 23, 2020. Air bubbles, that gave limited flights to some countries, were supposed to burst on December 14.
