JAMMU: Stephens College of Nursing organized an enthralling and mesmerizing Freshers and Farewell Party to welcome all the fresher and bid farewell to the 1st batch of the College i.e. B.Sc.(N) -4th year.
The theme of Fresher’s party was Bien Venido and Farewell Party was Sayonara.
School management appreciated the students for their wondrous and captivating programmes and faculty members for their support and dedication towards their brilliant work.
The management also extended his best wishes to the freshers and the outgoing class 4th year for their bright future and shinning career.
Manoj Kotru (Administrator SCON) inspired and motivated the students to do their best in their forthcoming new journey of life.
Muni Dhar (Principal SCON) and Kheema Peshin (Vice Principal SCON) also extended their best wishes to the students. Muni Dhar welcomed the guests and the students.
The students performed stupendous and mind blowing performances.
Bhangra captivated the attention of every person among the audience in both the events. It was the showstopper of the farewell party and Dogri folk dance was showstopper of fresher’s party. Bollywood dance and funny dance mesmerized the audience.
Some other riveting performances were Kashmir dance, Punjabi dance, role play and compliments for teachers from the students of B.Sc.(N) 4th year.
All the freshers and B.Sc.(N) 4th year students did Modeling. Some students were shortlisted on the basis of their overall performance, task, gesture and confidence. Aqib was titled Mr. Fresher and Zia Ul Haq was titled as Mr. Talent, Gowsia was titled as Ms. Fresher and Supriya was given as Miss Talent in fresher party.
Pardeep and Shabnam were titled as Mr. Farewell and Miss Farewell and Sandip and Sabia was given title of Mr. and Miss Personality in farewell party respectively.
The students and faculty members enjoyed the programmed to a great extent. Student of 4th year were very emotional after watching their journey of four years which was presented by the student of 3rd year in the form of a heart touching video. There was cake cutting too in both the events. All the attendees tapped their feet and were full of zeal and enthusiasm.
