Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his Maharashtra counterpart Uddhav Thackeray will have lunch together in Mumbai on Sunday. The menu will include KCR’s dream of helping stitch together a national alliance of opposition parties against BJP ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
