JAMMU: Government of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has accorded approval to the Recruitment Rules by the Corporations of Power Development Department for regularization of PDLs/TDLs, as was previously practised in the Power Development Department.
The Cabinet in 2012 had approved regularization of PDL/TDL against the vacancies in the deptt as provided in the recruitment rules. It is pertinent to mention that the regularizations so conceived are applicable only to PDLs/TDLs of Power Development Department.
It does not benefit the need based worker/casual labourers/seasonal labourers etc.
