JAMMU: The Government extended deputation period of Inspector Lalit Kumar of J&K Police for one year. “Sanction is accorded to the extension in the deputation period of Inspector Lalit Kumar, No. 5770/NGO (PID No. EXJ985673), J&K Police to the Enforcement Directorate, Government of India, New Delhi, for a further period of one year with effect from May 15, 2022, in relaxation of Rules 52 (C)(i)-Volume-I,” reads an order issued by Monish Kumar, Under Secretary, Home Department, J&K.
“The extension is however, subject to the condition that the said officer shall report back to his parent department (J&K Police Department), immediately on the expiry of extended period of deputation,” it stated and added, “The terms and conditions of the deputation as contained in the initial deputation order shall remain the same.”
