Mehsana police probing into the scam of managing a high IELTS band for those aspiring to fulfil their US dreams illegally are learnt to have zeroed in on “Special 40” – a group of human smugglers, staffers of an educational organization, and aspirants. The police have found substantial evidence against them, sources said.
