Varanasi district judge Ajaya Krishna Vishvesha, who gave the order in the Shringar Gauri-Gyanvapi mosque lawsuit, hails from Haridwar in Uttarakhand. Vishvesha, 58, was Bulandshahr district judge before being transferred to Varanasi on the same post in August 2021.
