While RJD’s former MLA Anil Kumar Sahni, whose disqualification necessitated the bypoll in Kurhani, on Friday sought the resignation of Nitish on “moral grounds” and asked the CM to hand over his chair to Tejashwi, BJP’s Rajya Sabha member Sushil Kumar Modi said Nitish should take the responsibility of his party’s defeat in Kurhani and should go to the ‘ashram’ of RJD leader Shivanand Tiwari after handing over the seat of power to Tejashwi.
