Candle light march organised to condemn Dangri killings

JAMMU, Jan 4: Different organisations here today took out candle light march and expressed solidarity with bereaved families of Dangri carnage and prayed for peace to the souls of the deceased.
Democratic Azad Party (DAP) organized a candlelight protest against innocent killings at Dangri village in Rajouri.
Holding candles, DAP leaders along with workers expressed solidarity with the victim families and raised slogans against terrorists responsible for the killing of six civilians including two children in Dangri.
DAP general secretary, R.S Chib termed the attack as barbaric and coward act by terrorists.

Salman Nizami, DAP chief spokesperson; vice chairman, G.M Saroori; provincial president Jammu, Jugal Kishore Sharma, Choudhary Gharu Ram, Maheshwar Singh, Hira Lal Abrol, Sobat Ali, Ashwani Handa, Vishal Chopra, Sunita Arora, Nirmal Singh Mehta, Rajini Sharma, Santosh Magotra, Shahrukh Bhatti, Anil Kohli, Anoop Khajuria and others were also present in the protest.
Namrta Sharma, president Women Wing of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) J&K flayed the Union government led by BJP over its failure to curb terrorism in J&K and sought resignation of Home Minister, Amit Shah for not providing safety and security to the common people in J&K.
She was addressing a gathering during candle light march taken out to express solidarity with bereaved families of Rajouri carnage.
On the call of Traders Federation Ware House Nehru Market, Jammu Traders in large numbers took out a candle march from Federation office to Bikram Chowk to pay tributes to the victims of Dangri carnage.
Deepak Gupta, Federation President and others raised slogans against Pakistan and anti-national forces responsible for killings in Dangri.
Prominent among those present in the march were Munish Mahajan, senior vice president; Abhimanyu Gupta, vice president; Sham Lal Langer, general secretary; Vishal Gupta, secretary and Amit Gupta, cashier of the Federation; Yashpal Gupta, president Retailers Federation; Ankush Mahajan, president Bawe Market; Rajesh Bagotra, president Sugar Association; Harish Gupta, Keshav Pal, Ankush Gupta, Ashwani Gupta, Rajeev Gupta, Vishal Bharti, Gaurav Gupta, Rahul Gupta, Robin Gupta, Vivek Gupta, Sonu Gupta, Rahil Gupta and Raghav Gupta.
