JAMMU: The government on Monday re-constituted the Board of Directors (BoDs) of Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited (JKML).
“In supersession of all pervious orders on the subject and in terms of Article 66(3) of the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited, the Board of Directors of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited is reconstituted with Arun Kumar Mehta, IAS, Chief Secretary, J&K as its Chairman,” read an order issued by Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department.
Dr. Raghav Langer, IAS, Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department; Amit Sharma, IAS, Secretary, Mining Department; Nitu Gupta, JKAS, Secretary in the Finance Department; O.P Bhagat, JKAS, Director, Geology and Mining, J&K; and Vikram Gupta, Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Mineral Limited with be the Directors of Board.
