All is not well between the AIADMK and the BJP. While the two electoral allies have been welcoming defectors from each other’s side, cadres have been up to some ugly acts. Some BJP workers in Kovilpatti tore up and burned posters of AIADMK leader Edappadi K Palaniswami. This prompted AIADMK cadres to take out a protest rally and get four BJP cadres arrested.
