Dr Manish Rawat and his associates were on the Central Bureau of Investigation’s radar and had been put under surveillance for over a month, sources say. During this period, the probe agency’s Anti-Corruption Unit (AC-III) managed to unravel the complex chain that the doctor had allegedly put in place to avert suspicion.
