Asserting that Congress is headed to victory in the upcoming assembly polls, KPCC president DK Shivakumar, a frontrunner for the chief minister’s post, sprung a surprise on Saturday by stating that he would support AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge if the latter wants to be the CM.
