Shani’s social media timeline shows his keen interest in slain gangster Shri Prakash Shukla and jailed contract killer Lawrence Bishnoi. Linked to western UP gangster Sunder Bhati, he is said to have admitted to being in awe of Bishnoi for the hit job on rapper-singer Sidhu Moose Wala. Police quoted Shani as saying he would watch old videos of Bishnoi and aspire to target someone “big” like Moose Wala, who was fatally shot allegedly by members of Bishnoi gang on May 29 last year.
