Chinese defence minister General Li Shangfu will hold bilateral talks with his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh on the sidelines of the SCO defence ministers’ meeting on Aprul 27-28, Beijing said on Tuesday.The talks will focus on the protracted standoff in eastern Ladakh which has severely strained ties between the two countries.
