Defence minister Rajnath Singh held bilateral talks with Chinese counterpart Li Shangfu on Thursday ahead of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meeting in the national capital.This is the first time that defence ministers of both the countries held bilateral talks since the deadly Galwan clashes between India and China in Eastern Ladakh in 2020.
