In a setback to the cheetah reintroduction project, Daksha, a female cheetah brought from South Africa, died in a confrontation with two male cheetahs at Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh’s Sheopur district. This is the third cheetah death in Kuno in the last one-and-a-half months.
