An unruly mob torched Union minister of state for external affairs Rajkumar Ranjan Singh’s residence in Imphal’s Kongba area on Thursday night. The minister who was in Kerala at the time of the incident termed the act inhuman. He has appealed for peace in the state. “It is very sad to see what is happening in my home state. I will still continue to appeal for peace,” Singh said.
