The Gujarat high court on Saturday dismissed a bail application filed by Mumbai-based social activist Teesta Setalvad in the case of alleged attempt of fabrication of evidence to establish conspiracy behind the 2002 riots to implicate 63 people, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. While dismissing her bail plea, Justice Nirzar Desai asked her to ‘surrender immediately’.
