Kejriwal has been issued summons to appear before the ED for questioning in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam. The agency will record his statement once he deposes before the investigating officer of the case in Delhi. “We are getting information that when Arvind Kejriwal appears before ED on November 2, ED will arrest and put him in jail,” claimed Atishi. This is the first time that Kejriwal has been summoned by the ED. He was questioned by the CBI in the case in April.
