Ministry of culture has identified 17 monuments that it has proposed to remove from the list of monuments of national importance.The list has been placed in public domain till May 8 for public objections and suggestions. Spread across several states, these range from Barakhamba cemetery in Delhi to a copper temple in Arunachal Pradesh’s Lakhimpur.
