JAMMU, June 19: The Jammu and Kashmir Government today assigned to Mohammad Arif Rishu, Commandant, IR-8th Battalion, the additional charge of the post of Commandant JKAP-14th Battalion, in addition to his own duties, during the leave period of Sanjay Kumar Bhagat, Commandant JKAP-14th Battalion.
