JAMMU, July 27: In accordance with Section 2(p) of the Press and Registration of Periodicals Act 2023, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has appointed Deputy Commissioners as the designated authorities for implementing the provisions of the Act within their respective areas of jurisdiction.
