JAMMU, Aug 23: The Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department has dropped all the charges leveled against Humayun Kabir Qadri, then DFO Lidder Forest Division.
However, a minor penalty has been imposed on the officer who was accused of misappropriation of funds.
