JAMMU, Aug 30: Jammu and Kashmir Police in Domana area here claimed they have arrested an absconder who was wanted in a case registered in the year 2013.
A police official said Rajni Devi of Tehsil Marh, District Jammu, was booked in case FIR number 405/2013 under Sections 454 and 380 of the RPC registered at Police Station Domana.
He said a warrant under section 512 of the CrPC was issued against her by the 3rd Additional Munsiff Court Jammu, which got executed today with the arrest of the absconder.
