Two women lost their lives when a speeding car driven by a drunk Uttar Pradesh Police head constable ran over them on Meerut-Bulandshahr road in Bulandshahr district. Head constable Rahul Yadav was caught by locals after his car crashed into a railing. An FIR has been lodged and he has been suspended pending investigation.
