JAMMU, Dec 28: J&K Gymnastics Contingent is leaving tomorrow to participate in Senior, Junior & Sub Junior National Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships being held at Surat, Gujarat from January 1-4, 2025.
To boost the morale of the Gymnastics Contingent, Sarmad Hafiz, Commissioner/Secretary Youth Services & Sports (YSS), J&K today met with the Gymnasts at Gymnastic Academy, Jammu and wished them for high performances at the Nationals.
He also shared his lifetime experience with the Gymnasts, Coaches, parents and International Gymnasts present on the occasion.
Later, Kiran Wattal, vice president GFI & president Gymnastics Association of J&K thanked LG Manoj Sinha and Secretary Sports Council for all the support to GAJK.
Prominent among those who were present on the occasion were Divisional Sports Officer, Jammu, S.P Singh, Anil Khajuria and Tejinder Singh, office bearers of the Association, Krupali Patel Singh and Manisha Gupta, Sports Council Coaches and International Players—Manvinder Singh, Kamal Singh and Honey Mehra.
