JAMMU, Mar 27: The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions, Government of India (GoI) declared a holiday on the birthday of Dr BR Ambedkar on April 14 in all the Central Government offices, including the Industrial Establishments throughout the country.
