DODA, Apr 24: Evading arrest since long, two absconders surrendered here today before the Court. Sources said that the absconders Bagh Hussain and Surmo Gujjar, both sons of Ali Gujjar, resident of Kathua were involved in a case of FIR No. 138/2014 Under Section 341, 323, 147 RPC of Police Station Bhaderwah and were absconding since long.
Arrest warrants Under Section 512 were issued by the Court against them.
On the directions of SSP Doda, Sandeep Mehta, a Police team was deputed for their arrest but both of them were not held.
After pressure from the Police, both the absconders surrendered before the court of the JMIC Bhaderwah.
