Cops recover 30 lost mobile phones, hand over to owners

RAMBAN, Sept 15: Cyber Cell of District Police Ramban here today recovered 30 lost mobile phones with an approximate value of Rs. 5,00,000.

These phones were reported to be missing from the areas of jurisdiction of different Police Stations of District Ramban.
The tracing out of the lost property was carried out by a dedicated team of Cyber Police Station Ramban led by PSI Arun Singh using technical expertise and various other means.
After due verification, the recovered phones were handed over to their rightful owners at District Police Office Ramban on Monday.
On receiving their lost mobiles, the owners expressed gratitude towards Ramban Police.
It is pertinent to mention here that these mobile phones were recovered from different areas of J&K and also from other States.
