BUDGAM, Sept 20: The Taekwondo Association of District Budgam, under the aegis of J&K Taekwondo Association and J&K Sports Council, is set to host the 28th District Budgam Taekwondo Championships 2025-26 from September 21 to 23 at the Indoor Sports Hall, Budgam, under the “My Youth My Pride” initiative.
The championship will feature sub-junior, cadet, junior and senior categories, providing a platform for young talent in the district. Participants must hold a valid JKTA Athlete License and Black Belt Certificates are mandatory for seniors. Athletes must report on September 21 at 2:00 PM with required documents including Aadhaar, DOB proof and registration form. The event reflects the Association’s commitment to promoting Taekwondo in Budgam.
