JAMMU, Sept 23: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has constituted a Committee under Chief Secretary to make some amendments in the J&K Engineering Service Rules.
The order in this regard, issued today by the General Administration Department of the Govt of Jammu and Kashmir said that in view of the non-availability of the `eligible manpower’ in various Engineering Wings in JKUT, sanction has been accorded to the constitution of a Committee for examining the issue and make some amendment in the rules.
Chief Secretary will be the Chairman of the Committee, while other seven members of the panel are: Administrative Secretary of Jal Shakti Deptt; Administrative Secy, Public Works (R&B) Deptt; Adm Secy Power Development Deptt; Adm Secy, Finance Deptt; Adm Secy GAD; Adm Secy ARI & Trainings Deptt and Administrative Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Department.
