JAMMU, Sept 29: REC Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary, REC Power Development & Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) today achieved remarkable recognition by winning multiple prestigious awards at national platforms.
At the Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) 17th PSU & Government Summit 2025, REC Limited was honored with the Best Financial Services Company Award in the Central PSU category, reaffirming its strong financial performance and pivotal role in supporting infrastructure and energy projects across India.
RECPDCL, a key arm of REC, bagged the Best Power Transmission Company Award in the Central PSU category for its expertise as a Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) and consultant in expediting power transmission projects.
The awards were received by T S C Bosh, CEO of RECPDCL and Executive Director of REC Ltd.
Adding another feather to its cap, REC Limited, a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power was also been conferred with the prestigious Sustainability Icons Award 2025 for excellence in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices.
The award was presented by Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Law & Justice, at a ceremony in New Delhi.
Awanish Kumar Bharati, General Manager (Finance), received the honor on behalf of REC Ltd.
These recognitions underscore REC’s strong commitment to financial excellence, sustainable growth, and its instrumental contribution to India’s transition towards a greener and more inclusive future.
