JAMMU: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has stayed the operation of an order passed by the Special Excise Mobile Magistrate, Jammu, which had directed the Station House Officer (SHO) of Police Station Khour to register an FIR against Minister for Youth Services and Sports, Satish Sharma, in connection with allegations of intimidation, drug-related remarks against complainant, and a staged accident conspiracy.
